Hams, shoulders and charcuterie. The Vall Companys Group commercialises a full range of cured meats: from the smooth flesh of White Pork to the delicacy of acorn-fed Iberian ham.
We use both natural and industrial drying facilities which enable us to optimise each piece. In our natural drying facilities, which are synonymous with tradition and experience, our master curers painstakingly cure our Iberian acorn-fed pork, maintaining the perfect environmental conditions at all times. In the high-capacity industrial drying facilities, we guarantee an optimised process that achieves uniform quality in every variety of ham.
