1. Profile of the Organisation

The Vall Companys Group is run by a Corporate Governance System to guarantee transparency and efficiency through a series of control mechanisms, bodies and internal regulations.

We are strongly committed to sustainability and the environment, as reflected in the Group’s business policy. For this reason, we maintain constant control over our energy consumption, gaseous emissions, and the effluents and waste resulting from all our activities. This section provides further details.

We take a variety of measures to guarantee the health and safety of our consumers. To achieve this, we have control systems in place at all our plants and factories. In addition, we identify any incidents that occur, analyse them, and undertake a study to prevent repetition.
